Guest Service
- Greets guests with a smile and provide prompt, friendly service
- Resolve guest issues with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensure guest satisfaction through high-quality products and service
Team Leadership
- Delegates tasks and provides clear direction to team members
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and develop skills
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
Operations Excellence
- Ensure adherence to Dunkin brand standards and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols
- Manage inventory and supplies efficiently
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
Problem solving
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year consecutive experience with the same company as a shift leader in a fast-paced food service environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings and weekends
- Professional References required
- Dunkin experience a Plus
