About the Role

Join the team at Papa John's Pizza #1931 as a Shift Leader. We are looking for a dedicated leader who can take charge of the entire shift, ensuring our operations run smoothly and our customers receive the best possible experience. As the go-to person on the floor, you will play a critical role in managing our team and maintaining our high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire shift operation, ensuring all "aces are in their places" during peak rush periods.
• Oversee dough management and guarantee that every pizza sent out meets our "9 or better" quality standard.
• Monitor and control labor costs and other key performance metrics to keep the restaurant profitable.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
• Delegate tasks effectively to the crew and provide motivation to keep the team energized.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Shift Lead at Papa John's is strongly preferred.
• Ability to learn fast and adapt to a high-pressure restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate and motivate others.
• Proficiency in dough management and maintaining product quality.
• Experience managing labor numbers and operational targets.
