Are you a dependable leader with a passion for customer service, teamwork, and organization? ReTails Thrift Shop is looking for a motivated Part-Time Shift Leader to join our team.
Position Details
- Position: Shift Leader
- Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday
- Hours: 9:45 AM – 2:00 PM
- Employment Type: Part-Time
- Benefits: 401(k) Retirement Plan
Key Responsibilities
- Open and/or close the thrift shop according to established procedures.
- Supervise daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service.
- Lead, support, and motivate staff members during each shift.
- Oversee and provide directions to community service volunteers.
- Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, displayed, and organized throughout the store.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment.
- Monitor store appearance and ensure all areas meet company standards.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding store operations and any concerns.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Organized, dependable, and detail oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
