Join our team as a Shift Leader and support daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Lead and motivate a team of 2-5 staff to deliver exceptional service and high-quality food.
- Coach team members, enforce policies, and ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Handle cash, perform opening/closing duties, and manage food prep and baking.
- Develop others for career growth and participate in marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming restaurant environment.
- Must be 18+, have reliable transportation, Serve Safe certification, and at least 1 year QSR experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work 38-40 hours/week, and communicate effectively are required.
- Lead by example, demonstrate accountability, and provide an outstanding customer experience.
