SHIFT LEADER

About the Role:
Yes Mom Yes LLC, DBA: THE GREAT GREEK MEDITERRANEAN GRILL is looking for an energetic and dependable Shift Leader to join our growing team in St. Johns, FL! In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly while motivating and supporting your team to deliver an outstanding experience. Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts to ensure efficient operations
• Delegate tasks and monitor performance to maintain productivity and quality standards
• Serve as the point of contact for customer concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Open and/or close the location following established procedures and checklists
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
• Train and coach new and existing team members on policies and best practices
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times

Requirements:

• Prior supervisory or shift leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable, punctual, and demonstrates a strong work ethic
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be located in or able to commute to St. Johns, FL
