**MUST HAVE PRIOR RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE in fast paced Fast Casual Environment**

Fresh&Co is a high-volume, scratch-cooked fast casual concept in Stamford. We are growing and looking for an experienced restaurant leader to join our team in a hands-on front-line role.
What You’ll Do:
- Help lead , expedite , and work the front line during busy service periods
- Engage guests and deliver exceptional hospitality
- Oversee third-party and takeout order accuracy
- Support daily operations including register and service flow
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Help coach and support team members during high-volume shifts
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous restaurant experience leadership or shift leadership experience
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Detail-oriented with strong guest service focus
- Weekend availability (on a rotation minimally)
- Commitment to food quality and operational excellence
