Location: Staunton-Fishersville-Waynesboro-Lexington

Shifts Available: 5 am to 1 pm | 1 pm to 8 pm | 7am to 4pm

Opportunity: Potential to advance to Assistant Manager based on performance

Responsibilities:

• Shift Management: Deploy team members effectively to maintain speed of service and operational efficiency.
• Customer Service: Ensure every guest receives excellent hospitality and service.
• Team Environment: Promote a positive and proactive work atmosphere.
• Training & Development: Train and guide new team members to reach their full potential.
• Leadership: Collaborate with the central management team to achieve store goals.

Requirements:

• Availability: Must be available to work 4 to 5 days a week
• Punctuality: Demonstrate strong reliability and punctuality
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with the team and management
• Problem Solving: Manage challenges with a solution-oriented approach
