Job SummaryStrong problem solving skills

Master every station in the store
Perform any necessary task to make a productive and positive customer experience
Basic maintenance
Basic administrative duties, such as printing, emailing, making photo copies
Work in unison with manager and upper management
Assisting in organizing shift schedules for team members
Monitoring attendance, tardiness, other infractions.
Assigning duties to specific employees based on role and skillset
Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary
Inventory
stocking
Conducting reviews and sharing feedback with management and upper management
Managing employee’s requests, behaviors, conflicts, enforcing company policy
Training new and current team members
Handling customer issues and managing conflicts
Adhering to company policies and health, safety and employment standards
Balancing cash drawers and confirming front counters drops, preparing deposits
This position may occasionally require you to work additional shifts, holidays and/or extended hours.
Our work environment includes:
$15-$17/HR.
