The Red Bird is hiring a reliable and motivated Shift Leader to help oversee daily restaurant operations and support our team during each shift. Responsibilities
Supervise employees during assigned shifts
Ensure excellent customer service
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Support food preparation and front counter operations
Train and assist team members
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Resolve customer concerns professionally
Help ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy shifts
Requirements
Previous restaurant experience required
Leadership experience preferred
Spanish required
Basic English required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable transportation
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Compensation
$17/hour
