We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Leader to supervise operations, ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and company standards are met while providing top-notch customer service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop crew member.
• Train and support newer crew members in their roles.
• Maintain inventory control standards.
• Ensure adherence to store policies by all staff.
• Manage and motivate crew members.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and positively.
• Promote the Wingstop brand and uphold operating requirements.
• Enforce uniform and jewelry policies.
• Ensure a positive Wingstop experience for every guest.
• Maintain cash control and cleanliness standards.
• Become proficient in ordering and inventory standards.
• Utilize the NBO system and WingYou training systems
