Our pizza store franchise needs an articulate and knowledgeable individual to start as a shift leader and move to assistant manager. You’ll set schedules, contribute to the high-energy atmosphere in the store, order food and handle all budgetary aspects of running the business. We promote from within whenever possible.

Shift Leader/Assistant Manager Expectations:
- Show up to work on time for scheduled shifts
- Come to work with a positive attitude
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Take phone orders in a professional manner
- Learn menu and specials
- Assist in preparation of all food, restocking supplies as needed
- Have the ability to multi task, work at a fast pace and work well under pressure.
- Be able to run good numbers on labor and food, while keeping a high quality of service
- Strong work ethic
- Must work well with others
- Pizza experience in a delivery and carry out business i.e. Dominos, Papa Johns etc is a plus
- Ability to effectively train and motivate staff
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Show leadership and guidance from the floor
