• Someone who can provide excellent guest satisfaction, speed of service, and product quality
• Previous experience working in a café or quick service restaurant preferred
• Ability to meet safety and sanitation standards
• Works well in a team environment
• Able to lead a team of crew members and work alongside other shift leaders
