Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily café operations including food preparation, guest service, and employee assignments
- Manage cash, till, and closing duties with accuracy
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and café environment using checklists
- Coordinate 3rd party delivery and mentor new hires
Staff Development & Training
- Provide fun, welcoming leadership and regular performance feedback
- Model professionalism by following all policies and procedures
