What You'll Do: • Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest service • Keep operations running smoothly - prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cash • Train and coach crew members to be their best • Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards • Step in for the manager when needed, helping make key decisions
What You Bring to the Table: • Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!) • A positive attitude and strong communication skills • Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays • A team-first mindset and a passion for great coffee and customer service
