Georgia Foods is hiring Shift Leaders who are ready to lead with purpose, hustle with heart, and make each shift count. As a Shift Leader, you’ll be the go-to person for your crew, keeping things running smoothly while delivering the kind of fast, friendly service Bojangles is known for.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example during active shifts—setting the tone for service, quality, and pace
- Assign tasks, manage crew flow, and ensure shift checklists are completed
- Help train new team members and offer real-time coaching during shifts
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Handle minor guest complaints with professionalism and urgency
- Communicate clearly with management about needs, concerns, and wins
- Support drive-thru, front counter, kitchen, or any area as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Leadership qualities, even without formal management experience
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
