Overview

The Sales Manager – Parking Department oversees the daily operations of the Airport Employee Parking Program at JFK Airport. This role is responsible for office operations, billing accuracy, account management, customer service, and coordination with ABM leadership and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

Pay: $28.84 per hour.  

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities

· Manage daily operations of the Employee Parking Program office and staff activities

· Ensure compliance with policies, airport regulations, and customer service standards

· Provide updates to the General Manager and Operations Manager on daily operations and key issues

· Oversee billing, fee collection, deposits, and account records

· Coordinate new company account approvals with the Port Authority Administrator

· Support customer service by phone and email in a professional and timely manner

· Maintain records related to account changes, lost cards, damaged cards, and refunds

· Reconcile monthly SAP reports and prepare billing summaries

· Order and manage parking materials, office supplies, and program documentation

· Identify opportunities to improve processes and support efficient operations

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience required

· High school diploma or GED required

· Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree preferred

· Experience in office management, parking operations, customer service, or administrative support preferred

· Experience with billing, reconciliations, reporting, and recordkeeping

· Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; SAP experience preferred
