What You’ll Do

• Lead daily shift operations and keep the team focused and energized
• Ensure fast, friendly service and top-quality products every time
• Train and coach team members to perform at their best
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
• Support inventory, food safety, and cleanliness standards

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of restaurant or leadership experience (QSR a plus)
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Someone who leads by example and stays calm under pressure
• Organized, reliable, and ready to take ownership
• ServSafe® certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
