Transparent pay Structure: The base pay range for Shift Leaders at Taco Bell is competitive, ranging from $13.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. In addition, team Members may qualify for shift incentives, discounts, and other benefits as per company policies, ensuring a rewarding work experience.

Day-to-Day: Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs. Oversee Team Members completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean, neat appearances. Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders. Resolve customer complaints quickly, maintaining positive customer relations. Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance. Offer ongoing constructive and positive feedback to Team Members. Actively participate in training Team Members. Handle conflicts constructively and work with the GM to achieve resolution. Assist the GM in screening Team Member candidates. Assist with Profit & Loss management by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor. Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times. Assist the GM with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are always followed.

Requirements:

1. 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred
2. Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies
3. Must be at least 18 years of age
4. Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation
5. Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills
6. Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 45 lbs. from one area to another)
7. Attendance and Punctuality a must
8. Operating of cash register as needed and making change for other cashiers
9. Basic Math skills
10. Maintains customer satisfaction and adheres to health and safety standards
11. Promotes and champions Taco Bells culture and values
12. Provides constructive feedback to Team Members
13. Executes shift duties accurately and efficiently
