Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop crew members to provide the best customer experience possible
- Ensure Food quality exceeds standard
- Ensure cash procedures are followed
- Fast Friendly guest service every shift every day
- Jump in when needed to ensure shift runs smoothly
- Ensure the restaurant is kept clean
- Support the General Manager in achieving the restaurant's business goals, including: sales, food and paper costs, labor costs, cash handling/controls, and inventory management
- Always display a sense of urgency and self-initiative
- Sets a great example for the crew by being on time and in proper uniform
