Shift Manager - Experienced

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop crew members to provide the best customer experience possible
• Ensure Food quality exceeds standard
• Ensure cash procedures are followed
• Fast Friendly guest service every shift every day
• Jump in when needed to ensure shift runs smoothly
• Ensure the restaurant is kept clean
• Support the General Manager in achieving the restaurant's business goals, including: sales, food and paper costs, labor costs, cash handling/controls, and inventory management
• Always display a sense of urgency and self-initiative
• Sets a great example for the crew by being on time and in proper uniform
