You would provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers. Shift Managers also play an important role in running great restaurants by:Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team is meeting McDonalds standardsCommunicating effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers to help them prepare to run a great shift, tooAchieving targets during their shifts and help departments meet their goalsTaking action to monitor safety, security, inventory and profitabilityManaging Crew schedules and encouraging high performance during their shiftProviding exceptional customer service and quality food productionTraining new team members on critical job functionsPrevious leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We're looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald's environment.
