What Were Looking For
Previous McDonalds experience in a leadership role, Crew Trainer, Team Leader or Shift Manager preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick, effective decisions A passion for people, teamwork and delivering outstanding customer service
