Heres what we offer our Shift Managers: • Base wage of 22.57-23.07 per hour at Renton locations; 22.65-23.15 hourly for Tukwila location #013898; 21.82-22.32 hourly for King County location #013899; 21.77-22.27 hourly for Everett locations #013926 and 036494. • Tips received from customers • Mileage and cell phone data reimbursement if youre delivering to customers • "Next Day Pay" earned wage access - Dont wait for payday! What would make us a good match? The good news is that your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job. But there are a few skills you should have from the get-go: • Youre a fun and friendly person who values customers and takes absolute pride in everything you do. • Communication skills are key - youre not going to be able to text message customers back and forth. In other words, you should be comfortable talking to strangers. • Youve got attitude - the right kind of course - and understand the need to be on time, all the time. With loads of energy, you understand that work is easier - and more fun - with some teamwork. • And youre at least 18 years old with some prior management experience • Since youll be working with food, a valid food-handlers card will be required.
