Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily shifts with integrity, promoting the Popeyes® culture
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations and excellent guest service
- Greet guests warmly, take orders, and process payments efficiently
- Train and coach team members to foster teamwork and collaboration
- Maintain safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory and oversee product quality
- Work across multiple stations and support all restaurant areas
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 18 years old with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Positive and professional interaction with guests and coworkers
- Eager to learn and take on diverse responsibilities
Physical Requirements
- Effective communication skills with team and guests
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry items up to 15 pounds
- Frequent kneeling, stooping, and standing during shifts
- Operate registers and assist with food preparation as needed
