Key Responsibilities

• Run smooth shift opening and closing procedures to keep operations seamless
• Manage cash handling and register reconciliation accurately
• Train, supervise, and motivate team members during your shift
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Step in to assist on the line or front counter during busy times
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally to ensure a fun dining experience
• Report directly to the General Manager and support overall restaurant success

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a fast casual restaurant environment
• Prior shift lead or management experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills to inspire your team
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Food Handler and TABC Certifications (or willingness to obtain before starting)
• A reliable, hands-on team player who takes ownership of their shift
