We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Floor Manager to become the face and heart of our premium Mediterranean restaurant and hookah lounge in Las Vegas.
In this role, you will be responsible for flawless front-of-house operations, team leadership, and creating truly unforgettable experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily floor operations and ensure exceptional service during peak hours
• Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team (servers, hostesses, bussers)
• Deliver premium guest service, including handling VIP clientele
• Maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and ambiance
• Manage reservations, guest seating, and overall restaurant capacity
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams for seamless coordination
• Monitor service quality and continuously implement improvements
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in upscale or premium restaurants
• Strong leadership skills and proven team management experience
• Genuine passion for hospitality and restaurant industry
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with guests
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
