Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team during shifts to deliver outstanding customer service
• Manage daily operations including food quality, safety, and cleanliness
• Handle scheduling and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth shift transitions
• Resolve customer concerns with enthusiasm and professionalism

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous management or supervisory experience in food & beverage preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays
