Discounts on food Flexible hours Opportunity for advancement Fun working environment No Grease No late nights/Early Morning ShiftsShift Leader Responsibilities: Providing leadership to the restaurant team to consistently meet standards of superiorguest service, quality and cleanliness while embracing the Firehouse Subs® “culture”and mission and vision statements Maintains a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safetyguidelines Able to step in and assist with other restaurant functions such as cashier or cleaning, permanagement direction, or any other duties assigned Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance to all local, state and federal regulations toinclude health regulations, hour and wage regulations, age restrictions, fair employmentpractices, ADA and any other appropriate regulations required for the legal operation ofthe business Participates in interviewing, hiring, training and disciplining employees under theguidance of the GM.Shift Leader Qualifications: Must be 18 or older to apply Able to work in a fast-paced team environment Previous restaurant, fast food, or retail experience preferred Able to lift up to 50 lbs when necessaryThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
