Job Summary:

We are looking for a Shift Manager to join our team at Papa John's Pizza . The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations during their assigned shifts, ensuring quality food and customer service, and leading a team of employees to success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all staff during assigned shifts
• Ensure proper food preparation and quality
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Train and develop team members
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Food safety certification is a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
