Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant, including but not limited to completing opening and closing procedures, checklists in accordance with company policies and procedures, thorough communication, and occasional problem-solving and troubleshooting • Will learn to perform all essential GM duties and ensure completion of these duties during GMs absence or at the GMs request • Train, supervise, coach, and motivate a team of dedicated employees • Assist the GM in both recruiting and disciplinary processes • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly and effectively • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations • Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies • Full cash-handling responsibilities

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent • Minimum one year of prior experience in restaurant management • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Strong delegation and coaching skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and both day and night shifts
