Shift Manager

Arby’s Natrona Heights is searching for a new Shift Manager to join our team who is interested in helping to

motivate and train other team members. You will also assist in making sure the team adheres to

company policies, resolving customer complaints, leading the team, and achieving company service

and profit goals. To be a great fit for this role you should have a consistent work history and previous

experience in a leadership role. A passion for customer service and team mentoring is also a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Food Safety, Guest Safety, Team Safety.
• Ensuring company policies are followed.
• Optimizing profits by controlling costs.
• Training and developing new employees.
• Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
• Achieve speed of service standards for their shift.
• Providing leadership and direction to all employees.
• Work positions to provide service to our guests.
• Ensuring product quality and availability.
• Working closely with the store manager to lead staff.
• Assisting customers whenever necessary.
• Ensuring that health, safety, and security rules are followed.
• Taking disciplinary action when necessary.
• Completing tasks assigned by upper management accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining stores to standards, including stocking and cleaning.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description.
• A qualified candidate must be 18 years of age or older and must be able to stand for an extended period of time.
