About Huddle House

Huddle House is a full-service family restaurant brand known for serving “Any Meal. Any Time.” With locations across the country, we’ve built our reputation on delicious comfort food, friendly service, and creating a welcoming place where everyone feels at home.

The Opportunity

As a Shift Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly and creating an experience that keeps guests coming back.

You’ll lead the team during your shift, help solve problems in the moment, maintain high standards for food, service, and cleanliness, and make sure every guest leaves satisfied. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who isn’t afraid to jump in, support the team, and lead by example.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts and keep the team focused, engaged, and ready to serve.
  • Create an outstanding guest experience by ensuring every customer feels welcomed and valued.
  • Coach, train, and support team members across front-of-house and back-of-house positions.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to guest concerns and operational challenges.
  • Maintain Huddle House standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and sanitation.
  • Complete shift paperwork, inventories, and other operational requirements accurately and on time.
  • Support restaurant profitability by managing the shift efficiently and following established procedures.
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
  • Treat every team member with dignity and respect while helping create a positive, team-oriented workplace.
  • Lead from the front—when the restaurant gets busy, you’re ready to jump in wherever the team needs you.
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for serving others. You should also have:

  • Previous restaurant experience
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • The ability to lead and motivate hourly team members
  • Confidence handling guest concerns and making decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work shifts based on restaurant operating needs
  • A team-first mindset and willingness to lead by example
Why You’ll Love Working Here

At Huddle House, you’re not just managing a shift—you’re helping create the experience our guests and team members remember.

Our benefits and perks include:

  • Competitive pay
  • Comprehensive health benefits
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Opportunities to learn, grow, and build your restaurant leadership career
