Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a talented team during the night shift to deliver exceptional food and service
- Coach and develop team members to uphold Chick-fil-A’s core values of Integrity, Care, Consistency, Generosity, Trustworthiness, and Hustle
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and strictly follow food safety standards
- Collaborate with other leaders to set goals and optimize productivity
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in fast-paced customer service environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Passion for creating a positive guest and team experience with a smile and enthusiasm
- Willingness to obtain SERV Safe Certification (provided at no cost)
