Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily shifts with integrity, promoting the Popeyes® culture
• Ensure smooth restaurant operations and excellent guest service
• Greet guests warmly, take orders, and process payments efficiently
• Train and coach team members to foster teamwork and collaboration
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Manage inventory and oversee product quality
• Work across multiple stations and support all restaurant areas

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 18 years old with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, energetic environment
• Positive and professional interaction with guests and coworkers
• Eager to learn and take on diverse responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Effective communication skills with team and guests
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry items up to 15 pounds
• Frequent kneeling, stooping, and standing during shifts
• Operate registers and assist with food preparation as needed
