Shift Manager | Pizza Concept

We're hiring a Shift Manager to help lead daily operations in a fast paced, guest focused environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with restaurant or customer service experience who enjoys coaching others, delivering great hospitality, and leading by example.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support the team during assigned shifts
• Ensure excellent food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and cash handling
• Help maintain operational standards and create a positive team culture
• Jump in wherever needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude with a hands on leadership style
