Job Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Lead the team and restaurant operations during assigned shifts
Provide friendly, efficient service and resolve guest concerns
Coach, support, and hold team members accountable
Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and daily operations
Help train and develop new team members
Lead by example and create a positive team environment

What We're Looking For
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
Good communication, patience, and sound judgment
Willingness to learn and accept coaching
Leadership experience is preferred, but not required
Most importantly, someone who treats people with respect and demonstrates integrity and accountability
Driver’s License is required
