Shift Reports: Prepare shift reports, including sales, labor costs, and any incidents that occurred during your shift. Training: Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Problem-Solving: Handle unexpected situations, resolve conflicts, and make quick decisions to keep operations running smoothly. Cleanliness: Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Promotions and Specials: Assist in promoting new menu items, deals, and promotions to drive sales.
Qualifications Qualifications: Experience: Previous restaurant or fast-food experience preferred. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills. Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances. Availability: Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Food Safety Certification: Preferred but not required (can be obtained on the job).
