At RaceTrac, our Shift Managers set the tone for success - leading by example, empowering team members, and making every guest feel welcome. If you’re a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this is your chance to step up and make an immediate impact. You’ll play a critical role in supporting store operations, driving performance, and developing future leaders - one shift at a time.
Pay Range: $39,600 – $42,600 annually (includes overtime and shift differentials)
Shift Availability:
Relief Manager (R3M): Thu–Sat 1:30 PM–10:30 PM; Sun–Mon 9:30 PM–6:30 AM
2nd Shift Manager (MG2): Sun–Wed 1:30 PM–10:30 PM; Thurs 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Overnight Manager: Tues–Sat 9:30 PM–6:30 AM
Co-Manager
Compensation: Earn approximately $42,800 annually based on a $17/hour rate with a 45-hour workweek (including overtime). Co-Managers are also eligible for a monthly performance bonus.
Schedule: Saturday–Wednesday, 5:30 AM–2:30 PM (Off Thursday & Friday)
