Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage and train staff to deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Coordinate staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Implement promotional displays and merchandising strategies to boost sales.
• Conduct regular store audits to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Assist in financial transactions and cash management at the end of shifts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional management training is a plus.
• Passion for the grocery industry and commitment to customer satisfaction.
