YOUR ROLE:
This is an entry level management position. Your role is to support the Restaurant Manager by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help from others when appropriate. Is willing to provide help and guidance to others. In the absence of the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Satisfaction
xe2x80xa2 Execute the Manager in Charge (MIC) success routine by ensuring that all Team Members complete their shift excellence tasks for their assigned responsibilities
xe2x80xa2 Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders
xe2x80xa2 Ensures Team Members are clean and neat in appearance
xe2x80xa2 Personally, demonstrate that Customers' needs are the highest priority
xe2x80xa2 Resolve Customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive Customer relations Developing People
xe2x80xa2 Provide regular feedback to the Restaurant Manager on the performance of Team Members
xe2x80xa2 Provide ongoing constructive and complimentary feedback to Team Members
xe2x80xa2 Actively participate in the training of Team Members
xe2x80xa2 Handle conflicts constructively and work with the Restaurant Manager to achieve resolution.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions:
xe2x80xa2 1-Year leadership/supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment
xe2x80xa2 Strong Interpersonal skills, leadership, active listening and coaching
xe2x80xa2 Must pass background check criteria
xe2x80xa2 Basic personal computer literacy
xe2x80xa2 Must have reliable transportation
xe2x80xa2 Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time
