This role ensures excellent guest experiences, maintains safety standards, supervises team members, and supports overall business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead team members during shiftsEnsure all safety rules and procedures are followed at all timesProvide outstanding customer service and resolve guest concernsOpen and/or close the facility as requiredMonitor park cleanliness, organization, and maintenance needsTrain, coach, and motivate staff to meet performance expectationsHandle cash management and basic reporting tasksRespond to incidents and complete required documentationQualificationsPrevious supervisory or management experience preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentExcellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilitiesAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust be at least 18 years oldPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periodsCapable of lifting up to 50 lbsComfortable working in a loud, dynamic environmentBenefitsFun and energetic work environmentCompetitive hourly wageEmployee discounts and park perksFlexible schedule
