Gionino’s Pizzeria in Westerville is looking for a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Shift Lead to join our management team!

We're looking for someone who leads by example, takes pride in their work, and knows how to keep a busy restaurant running smoothly. If you're a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts.

• Maintain excellent food quality, accuracy, and customer service.

• Ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time.

• Manage labor and staffing throughout the shift.

• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily paperwork.

• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards.

• Train, coach, and motivate team members.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally.

• Assist management with inventory, truck orders, and daily operations.

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant experience preferred.

• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.

• Dependable, punctual, and willing to lead by example.

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
