McDonald’s is looking for a dependable and energetic Shift Running Manager to help lead our team and ensure smooth, successful shifts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, delivering great customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Run assigned shifts and ensure restaurant operations meet McDonald’s standards
Lead, train, and motivate crew members
Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service to every customer
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are followed
Manage cash handling, drawers, and shift paperwork
Handle customer concerns in a professional and positive manner
Support opening and closing procedures
Maintain a safe, respectful, and teamwork-focused environment
Qualifications
Previous leadership or management experience preferred (McDonald’s experience a plus)
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods and perform basic physical tasks
