Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the crew to deliver exceptional service during shifts
  • Manage all aspects of daily operations including food quality, safety, and cleanliness
  • Handle staffing and scheduling to meet business needs effectively
  • Resolve customer feedback and ensure satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory and ensure efficient stock management
  • Maintain compliance with all food safety and workplace regulations
  • Support training and development of crew members to foster a positive work environment

Requirements

  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in retail or foodservice
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
