Shift Supervisor

1st Shift Supervisor | $23/hr

Location: Andover, MA
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Production/Warehouse Lead to join our team in a supervisory capacity. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting team members, and ensuring productivity, quality, and attendance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support multiple Temporary Associates
• Provide leadership to other Production/Warehouse Leads as needed
• Coordinate daily schedules, assignments, and workflow
• Manage timekeeping, attendance tracking, and reporting
• Provide training, coaching, and ongoing performance support
• Communicate attendance or performance concerns with the staffing agency
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met
• Assist with process improvements and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing lead/supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with scheduling and timekeeping systems
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (highly preferred)
