GENERAL PURPOSE
Under the administrative supervision of the Program Director or designee, this position is responsible for oversight of shift operations, scheduling, and assisting the Program Director.
DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS
This is an at-will leadership position within a program. Additionally, this position is responsible for the day-to-day scheduling of assigned staff who perform the established duties of the program.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES
Education, Training, and Experience
A typical way to obtain the knowledge, skills, and abilities outlined above is to graduate from high school or complete an accredited GED program, with a minimum of 4 years of varied experience as a provider of mental health services in positions with increasing leadership roles. A Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience is another option as well.
Licenses; Certificates; Special Requirements:
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday from 1:30 PM -10:00 PM.
Compensation: $24.00 - $25.47 an hour.
