Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to meet operational goals and provide excellent guest service
• Assist management with daily restaurant operations, including labor and food cost control
• Build positive relationships with guests and effectively handle guest concerns
• Serve as a role model of hospitality and professionalism

Required Skills and Experience

• At least one year of experience in a guest-focused business such as retail, restaurant, or hospitality
• Strong natural leadership skills and a self-starting personality
• Excellent communication skills with guests and team members
• Ability to use point of sale systems and willingness to learn new skills
• Professional appearance and a team player attitude, ready to pitch in and support co-workers
