Shift Supervisor ( Evening)

Monthly Bonus!

Starting Salary: $18/hr ($19/hr- Sat/Sun).

Schedule: 1:00pm-9:30pm Tuesday-Saturday. (off Sun-Mon).

Weekend Pay differential.

CASH 1 has been helping Arizona customers navigate short-term lending for years, and we're looking for someone ready to step into a lead role on our evening team. This isn't just a customer service position — it's an opportunity for someone with good judgment and real people skills to be the steady hand that keeps the shift running right. If you take pride in doing things correctly, stay composed when it's busy, and pick up new technology without much fuss, we'd like to talk.

Tuesday through Saturday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, you'll be the experienced presence customers rely on at the end of their day. That means processing loan applications and payments accurately, answering questions with confidence, and navigating our digital platforms efficiently. As Shift Supervisor, you'll keep things running smoothly when the manager isn't on site and ensure closing procedures are followed to the letter. We're looking for someone who is punctual, dependable, trustworthy, and eager to learn.

Prior MVD experience is a strong advantage, and the selected candidate must hold a valid AZ ID or Arizona Driver's License, as this role includes assisting with our Third-Party MVD Program.
