Shift Supervisor for Biomass Power Plant in Michigan

Are you an experienced power plant operations professional ready to take the lead? We're seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee the safe and reliable operation of a biomass power generation facility while leading a team of operators on shift.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in power generation, industrial utilities, or process facilities who enjoys troubleshooting plant operations, mentoring teams, and making real-time decisions that keep the plant running safely and efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in power plant or industrial operations
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of boilers, turbines, generators, and DCS systems
• Safety-first mindset with excellent troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts
