Plastics Mfg. Company has opening for Shift Supervisor / Lead of Plastics Extrusion, Coating and Laminating. Company prefers a hands-on leader capable of training shift operators and able to operate the extruders as needed and knowing coaters and laminators is a plus.
Must be performance oriented, quality process minded and strong interpersonal skills for leadership.
Position reports to the Plant Production Manager.
Non-Exempt position eligible for overtime and discretionary bonus.
Regular hours are Monday to Friday. Some Saturdays, as and if needed.
