5 years supervisor experience in manufacturing (CNC Machining preferred)
Problem solving and decision makin capabilies

- Responsible for scheduling/assigning operators job placements.
- Maintain housekeeping of shop floor.
- Responsible to set priorities for Set-up or Maintenance Technicians and perform necessary tasks to eliminate downtime.
- Coordinate with CNC Trainer and participate in Operator Training.
- Ensure compliance by all employees to MPM policies and procedures.
- Responsible to confirm that all operators are getting proper support and service from other departments.
- Through put (running to standard rates).
- Quality (compliance to all customer specifications).
- Responsible to provide employee positive feedback and disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Interaction with customer, suppliers and vendors as needed.
- Responsible to complete evaluation criteria for job bids and performance evaluations.
- Comply and participate in MPM housekeeping, safety and environmental policies.
- Follow Housekeeping, Safety (lockout/tagout) & Environmental requirements (recycling, labeling, spills and programs).
- Continuous improvement ideas in safety, productivity, quality, housekeeping.
- Other duties as defined by your manager.
Oversees daily machining operations on 2nd shift, ensuring that CNC equipment runs efficiently, safely, and to precise specifications. Coordinate production schedules, supervise machinists, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain quality standards, and drive continuous improvement to meet productivity and cost targets. Safety First! 2nd Shift Schedule: 4p to 3a or 4a overlap with first shift for updates.
